Every time I drink sparkling water my daughter wants a sip. After a while she said that we should make this into a popsicle...so we did. She drew it and I made it! I added oleo resin carmine for a light red color and some berries. To sweeten it I used some agave. My daughter drew a blue dumpling so I was challenged to bring it to life. Luckily, I had some blue spirulina on hand. The thing I had to keep in mind is that blue spirulina keeps it color better when you cook it very low. This was a tough one to make buy my daughter only cares about the drawing.
